a rapidly growing, privately-held company, founded in May of1999. Our
goal is to
provide IT, (hardware and software), consulting services to
the government and private industries.
Our staff includes experts in information
technology management and service delivery with years of experience in
serving the government as well
as the commercial sectors.
We
are located in Springfield, Virginia. We have been providing
technology solutions and services since 1999. Our vision is to make
every customer successful. We measure our success by yours. Our goal
is to provide solutions and services that surpass your

at a cost acceptable to you.
Our
team develop and deliver in a quality frame work of
Software
Engineering Institute/Capability Maturity Model (CMM), ISO 9001:2000 and
Information Technology Infrasturcture Library (ITIL) standards. eBITS
is assesed at CMM Level 3 by an external agency auditor.
Our services assist you to realize the full potential of your IT investments. We can assist you to manage you programs, portfolios and project with your interest in mind. You can be at peace and assured of service delivery when we manage your risks. We can assist you to independently assess and evaluate ongoing services and contracts.

Our services are also available through contract vehicles directly awarded to us or through our teaming partners.
We currently have acces to GSA Schedule IT 70, DHS EAGLE(FA3, FA4 and FA5),
IDIQ for Center for Medicare Services, GSA Alliant and DCWASA
information Technology contract. We
have an excellent track record with our customers who are willing to
discuss their experince in our capability to deliver their projects.

Management team
Roderic
P. Samuel:
Mr Samuel has more than 30 years of experience in developing and
delivering solutions and services across IBM, UNIX and internet
platform. Prior to starting eBITS, he served as the Vice President and
CIO of RAILINC, an information technology Agency for the freight rail roads.
He has strong technical background and a successful management
experience to build organization, adapt to changes and motivate
teams.
Mike
Mohindra:
Mike is the Vice President for Business Development. Mike has over 30
years of experience with leading federal contracting companies. He
oversees and directs eBITS business development and marketing efforts.
Prior to eBITS he has worked with SIGNAL, Access Systems and
Electrosoft.
